The Downbeat

The Downbeat is a music-centered bar, restaurant, and live performance space located beneath street level in Portland’s Old Town on the sw corner of 4th and Glisan. Conceived as a Rhythm & Social Club, it’s a place where music leads, the room moves together, and people of all walks of life are invited to unwind, connect, and catch The Downbeat.
