PDX After Dark is an event discovery and aggregation platform focused on events, venues, and nightlife in the Portland, Oregon area.

We aggregate and display information from publicly available sources, including (but not limited to) venue websites, public calendars, and third-party platforms.

PDX After Dark:

Does not create or organize events
Does not sell tickets or process payments
Does not act as a promoter, agent, or representative of any venue or event

Any links to third-party websites (including ticket checkout pages) are provided for convenience only.

3. Third-Party Content, Links, and Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including venues and ticketing providers.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content
Ticket availability, pricing, or fees
Event changes, cancellations, or errors
The conduct, policies, or practices of third-party providers

All interactions, purchases, and disputes involving third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party and are governed by their terms and policies.

4. Third-Party Ticketing and Transactions

Any ticket purchases or transactions initiated through the Site are processed entirely by third-party providers.

PDX After Dark:

Is not the seller or merchant of record
Does not process payments
Does not control pricing, availability, refunds, or exchanges

Even if a ticket purchase experience appears embedded within the Site, the applicable third-party provider remains solely responsible for the transaction.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Site.

Event details—including dates, times, locations, performers, and pricing—may change without notice.

You are solely responsible for verifying all event information directly with the venue or official source before attending or purchasing tickets.

6. Content Sources and Intellectual Property

Content displayed on the Site may be sourced from publicly available materials, including third-party websites and calendars.

All trademarks, logos, images, and event-related content are the property of their respective owners.

Nothing on the Site grants you any rights to use such content beyond personal, non-commercial use.
