Process is a bar, lounge, and event space located inside the Watershed building on SE Milwaukie Ave. The bar offers seasonal craft cocktails, wells, local wine, and a large non-alcoholic selection including local mate tea, coconut water, non-alcoholic spirits, and NA cocktails. The renovated bar includes seating and public cubbies for guests.
Connected to the bar is the Process event space: a sound-treated room with a 4-point Danley sound system plus high-end lighting and visuals using incandescent and LED fixtures. Each event is built around a custom light and sound experience, with both ticketed and free events throughout the week.
Process’s mission is centered on creating a safer gathering space for community, high-quality sound, and “higher vibrations,” with explicit prioritization of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. Its community guidelines emphasize respect, consent, low-distraction dance floor culture, no filming or photography on the dance floor, and support from care/security staff during ticketed events.
