The Lloyd District is a central Northeast Portland neighborhood known for its large venues, shopping, and business presence. Anchored by the Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum, it serves as a major hub for concerts, sports, and events. While it has fewer residential pockets and a more commercial feel than surrounding neighborhoods, its excellent transit access and proximity to downtown make it a convenient and active urban center.
